※This parade will not be held if it’s a heavy rain

14：30～16：00
reception time for the parade and award participants is 10:30～12：30
※Do not allowed to join the parade if you were delay for the parade reception time(Oct 31, 10:30～12:30), with any reasons.
※All participants including a person accompany with, must wear the costume and be done the entry in order to join the parade

CONDITION

Participants of 6 years old and up

※Entry closes on 10th Oct or once we have reached our limit.
※No baby carriage allowed in the parade.
※All participants must follow the instructions by the guards.
※The costume gives people unpleasant and unsafe feeling i.e.dangerous weapon like as a gun or a sword and a body overexposure costume. The participants with the costumes which the event organizer is not allowed would not be able to join the parade.
