Registration for the parade and costume competition is open from 10:30 to 12:30.
※Registration for the PARADE ONLY is open from 10:30 to 13:30.
※It is not permitted to join the parade without registration in advance.
※All participants including friends and family must wear a costume and be registered to attend the parade. - Start & Goal

From this year, there will be two places as a start & goal, LA CITTADELLA and the Kawasaki City Hall Plaza.

- All attendees must be older than 6.
※The maximum numbers of participants for the parade is 3,500.
Registration closes once the limit is reached.
※All participants must follow the instructions given by the security guards.
※Offensive costumes (costumes deemed obscene, pornographic or disturbing) or dangerous items such as guns, swords and other sharp objects will not be permitted.
